What is the delivery price?
  • Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands): The price of postage (48 hours) is 4.5€, up to 75€ of order that becomes free. If the customer needs an urgent 24-hour delivery, this possibility is also offered at a cost of 5.5€. If the client assumes this route, he must take into account that the urgent delivery is made from Monday to Friday, this service being suspended on weekends.
  • For the Canary Islands the shipping costs are 7€.
  • Europe: 10€ shipping costs
  • America:  25€ shipping costs
What payment methods are accepted?
The payment of the products is made through credit cards (AMEX, Visa, etc). Or through bank transfer. If you choose the option to pay via bank transfer, we will need you to send us a photo of the transfer to start preparing the shipment. If we have not received the transfer or proof of payment in the next 24 hours the order will be considered canceled.
How does the return policy work?
In case of change: The customer assumes the shipping cost (the shipment must be certified and have shipping or tracking number) of the purchase to our store and will send within the package, 4.5€ to send the change. Once received and verified that it is in perfect condition, the new requested shipment will proceed. The change will be made by another pledge of the same amount or by a voucher that has no expiration date. Changes are not accepted after 14 days of receiving the product. * There are no refunds of money, only changes for another garment.

What sizes do you normally have and how large are they?
Almost all models are from size XS to XL. Most of the time they are large sizes, for example a size M corresponds to an L. What does it mean that a product can be purchased by RESERVATION?
When you select a size and instead of leaving the “available” word, put a “reservation” that means that this model is in production and we will receive it in 10-14 days, so you will receive it a little later.
